we the future citizens of india should play a major role in preventing discrimination.however  the government implements any laws , its people's responsibility in following it.the govn. has announced 'all are equal before the law' but the people hadnt. there are still practices such us UNTOUCHABILITY taking place in the rural areas. to prevent this people has to be made to be awared of everything(the bads of superstitious beliefs,uncommon heredity practices).Everyone (mostly the poors) should be able to approach the courts in an easy manner.SO the prevention of discrimination not 1ly depends upon the government , its stoppage is considered in the hands of people.
