PHYSICAL FITNESS IS A STATE OF HEALTH AND WELL-BEING AND, MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE ABILITY TO PERFORM ASPECTS OF SPORTS, OCCUPATIONS AND DAILY ACTIVITIES. PHYSICAL FITNESS IS GENERALLY ACHIEVED THROUGH PROPER NUTRITION, MODERATE-VIGOUROUS PHYSICAL EXERCISE, AND SUFFICIENT REST.
