Three digits numbers starts from 100 and end with 999 .
The first three digit number which is divisible by 4 = 100 .
The last three digit number which is divisible by 4 = 996

100 = 25 ( 4 )
996 = 249 ( 4 )

Now, Number of numbers completely divisible by 4 = 249 - 24 = 225 .

Therefore, 225 Three digit numbers are completely divided by 4 .

The 3 digit number are 100 , 104 , 108 ...........996 or 999.

As it is an Arithmetic progression ..
with a = t1 = 100 and d = 4

Let , tn = 996
We know Ap,
tn = a + ( n-1 ) d
996 = 100 + ( n – 1 ) 4
996 = 100 + 4n - 4
996 = 96 + 4n
4n = 996 - 96
n = 900/4
n = 225.

Therefore ,
There are 225 three digit no.completely divisible by 4.
