Length of one side of the cube = 4 cm
it's volume = (4)^3
= 64cm^3

volume of thr cuboid = length × breadth × height
= 12 × 10 × 8
=960cm^3

no. of cube peices which could be cut from the cuboid
= volumeof cuboid ÷ volume of one cube

= 960 / 64
= 15

so, you can 15 peices of cubes from that cuboid.
