As many lamps as the circuit will support. A 200V line has wire size that limit the amount of current one can pass thru it so if the wire and voltage source are heavy enough one could put lots of lamps on it.
power = voltage x current
If the circuit can say handle 10 Amps then the limit here would be P=200x10=2000.
If connecting 200W lamps this would mean nr lamps =2000W/200W lamp = 10 lamps. This 10A limit would apply to most home wiring
