I = 5 A
V = 220 V
Ohm's law, V = IR
                220 = 5R
                    R = 44 Ω
In parallel connection,  R_{eq} =R/n if there are n resistors each of resistance R.
                440 = 44n
               ⇒ n = 10

Given:-

Current, I = 5 Ampere

Potential difference, V = 220 volts.

Resistance = ?

According to ohm's law,

V = R

220 = 5×R

R = 220/5

R =

Now, let the no. of the resistor 'n' , and each resistance 'R'

No. of resistor, 'n' = 440 / 44 Ω

⇒No. of resistor, 'n' = 10
