Volume of larger cube = (20)³

Volume of smaller cube = (5)³

Therefore,

Number of cubes to be cut from larger box

 \rightarrow \frac{ {(20)}^{3} }{ {(5)}^{3} } \\ \\ \rightarrow \frac{ \cancel{8000}}{ \cancel5 \times 5 \times 5} = \frac{ \cancel{1600}}{ \cancel5 \times 5} \\ \\ \rightarrow \frac{ \cancel{320}}{ \cancel5} = 64

Hence, 64 cubes being 5 cm long can be cut from a cube, whose edges are 20 cm in length.
