45x      x can be from 0 to 9  = 10

500     -  1  five

Hence 10  + 10 + 10 + 10  + 1 = 41  , 5's Occurs

Number containing 5's will be 2 less as 355 and 455 has 2 , 5's each

41 - 2 = 39
