as we know that the water chemical formula is H2O
so water contains 2 atoms of hydrogen
therefore molar mass of hydrogen in water = 2 g
so it means that it has 2 mole of water.
therefore 0.5 mole of hydrogen in water = 1g
now as same
number of atoms of oxygen in hydrogen =1
so molar mass= 16 g
so 0.5 mole of oxygen contains = 8 g
so 0.5 mole of water contains = 1g + 8g
= 9g
therefore it contains
1 atom of hydrogen and 1/2 atom of oxygen
so water contains 2 atoms of hydrogen
therefore molar mass of hydrogen in water = 2 g
so it means that it has 2 mole of water.
therefore 0.5 mole of hydrogen in water = 1g
now as same
number of atoms of oxygen in hydrogen =1
so molar mass= 16 g
so 0.5 mole of oxygen contains = 8 g
so 0.5 mole of water contains = 1g + 8g
= 9g
therefore it contains
1 atom of hydrogen and 1/2 atom of oxygen
