1 mole of any molecule contains 6.022 * 10^23 molecules

32 gm of oxygen = 1 mole

Therefore, 16 gm of oxygen = 0.5 mole

Hence, 0.5 moles of molecules of oxygen contains 0.5 * 2 * 6.022 * 10^23 atoms

(1 molecule of oxygen contains 2 atoms)

Total no. of atoms in 16 gm of oxygen

= 6.022 * 10^23

Hope it helped you

16÷32=2 moles

2×6.023×10^23 atoms present
