How many atoms are there in the universe? If this number is larger than the amount of neurons that was in Albert Einstein's brain, then what is the point of ever truly understanding the universe?

The universe is constantly expanding and so there is no exact number of atoms as they will always increase and hence they are infinite. This number is of course larger than number of neurons in Einstein's brain but there is no way of understanding universe until an entity so capable that it survive throughout the whole time in the universe that is it is immortal then only can the universe be truly understood.
