Radius of small ball - 3cm , vol  -  \frac{4}3}  \pi x 3 = 4 \pi
radius of bigger ball 24 cm , vol =  \frac{4}{3}  \pi x 24 =32 \pi

no. of small balls can be created =  \frac{vol of big ball}{vol of small ball}
=>  \frac{32 \pi }{4 \pi }
=> 8 balls
