volume of solid sphere of radius 8 = total volume of solid balls of radius 4 = n * volume of solid balls of radius 4 {where n is number of balls}

4/3*pi*8^3 = n*4/3*pi*4^3

n= (8^3)/4^3 = 8

number of balls =8
