Answer

Given height of wall needed =2.88m

Width of wall needed =50cm =0.5m

Given length of 1 brick =12cm

Breadth of 1 brick =10cm

Area of 1 brick =12×10=120cm2

Area of wall needed =2.88×0.5

Area =14.40m2

Now number of bricks needed =AreaofbrickAreaofwall

No. of bricks needed =12014.40×104=1201440×100

[number of bricks needed =1200].

length of wall=2.88m=288cm

breath of wall=50cm

find the area of wall=l×b

=288×50

=14400cm²

find the area of bricks needed to build

length of bricks =12cm

breath of bricks =10cm

area of brick =l×b

=12×10

=120cm²

no of brick needed =120cm²×14400cm²

... =1728000cm²
