wall,
L=32m
=32×100cm
=3200cm
B=40cm
H=3m
=3×100cm
=300cm
brick,
l=25cm
b=15cm
h=8cm
no.of bricks=volume of wall/volume of 1 brick
no.of bricks=LBH/lbh
no.of bricks=3200×40×300/25×15×8
no.of bricks=38400000/3000
no.of bricks=12800

hence, no.of bricks are 12800

12800 bricks are needed

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of brick = 25 cm = 0.25 m

Breadth of brick = 15 cm = 0.15 m

Height of brick = 8 cm = 0.08 m

Volume of bricks =Length \times Height \times Breadth = 0.25 \times 0.15 \times 0.08 = 0.003 m^3

Length of wall = 32 m

breadth of wall = 3 m

Height of wall = 40 cm = 0.4 m

Volume of wall =Length \times Height \times Breadth = 32 \times 3 \times 0.4 = 38.4 m^3

So, No. of bricks =\frac{38.4}{0.003}=12800

Hence 12800 bricks are needed
