Area of brick = 6 * 4 = 24 cm^2

Area of wall = (16*100) * (12*100)

= 1600 * 1200 = 1920000 cm^2

Number of bricks required = area of wall/ area of brick

 =  \frac{1920000}{24}

 = 80000

Hence, 80000 bricks are required to construct the wall.
