As we all know that importance of A. I. training in animal husbandry remain precede & by keeping it in mind Animal Husbandry state government & GCMMF jointly planned training programme in various training centre in allover Gujarat state to make A. I. training intensive under RKVY & totally expenses paid to organization by the grant of RKVY. So, Union & trainee do not have to pay any expenses. By considering our well disciplined training maximum trainee get trained from our union such arrangement is being made.
In addition such training is divided in to two parts in which class room training for 42 days & field training of 42 days where both trainee & trainer get field allowance such type of arrangement also being made. Thus after getting such joint training trainee can perform his duty very well & perform his field duty to satisfy the farmer.
During the year 2015-16 under said project 133 trainees being trained center in which 39500.00 per trainee we received 5240200.00 in the form of grant & these trainee were being give practical training in the field in which total expense 6000 Rs per trainee 798000.00 Rs received in the form of grant. Ai technician who are in the field at the present for whom organization made a refersher trainee programme to update the change in such technology & new investigation to aware them for which 414000.00 Rs received as a grant.
During the year 2015-2016 we will arrange such refreshing training programme for our AI workers under RKVY scheme. So, in forth coming years it can be increased the quality of AI work step by step & encourage the animal husbandry business by increasing conception rate. We will get totally expenditure of refresher training as a grant.
Other than the Al training, a training regarding scientific animal husbandry is being specially arranged with ATMA agency & 445 farmers were been trained. In coming years educated unemployed society members may be given unit loan & they will be given basic professional training regarding animal husbandry which will make him a successful farmer.
A one day training programme being arranged at Vanskui of Mahuva taluka by Agriculure Management Agency. Navasari to make animal husbandry practice intensive & profitable in which 445 farmer in 13 batch were trained having 64 male & 381 females during the year 2015-16.
