radius = 7 cm
diameter = 14 cm
To cut circle, we have to cut a square of side 14 cm, from that we can further cut it into circle.
As this is a paper, that means some paper will be waste in cutting.
so, area of square = 14×14 =196 cm²
area of the paper = 50×32 = 1600 cm²
number of circle = number of square = 1600/196 ≈ 8.16
so number of circle = 8
diameter = 14 cm

Area of circle = pai × r × r
= 22/7 × 7 ×7
= 153.94 cm^2
Area of paper = 50 cm × 32 cm
= 1600 cm^2
Circles that can be cut = 1600 cm^2 ÷ 153.94 cm^2
= 10.39
= 10 circles
