Given :
- circles of radius 7cm
- a paper of length 50cm and width 32cm
To find :
- how many circle can be drawn
Solution :
let n be the no. of circle
so,
n x area of circle = area of paper
n x π(7)² = 50 x 32
n = (50 x 32)/(49 x π)
n = 10.39 ~ 10
=> So, 10 circle can be draw

Extra :
- The circles have equal radii
- The diameter is the longest chord of a circle
- Equal chords and equal circles have equal circumference
- The radius drawn a perpendicular to the chord bisects the chord
- Circles having different radius are similar
