There are Eight Classical danceforms in India. These danceforms are originated from the History of India. These danceforms represent the culture and traditions of India.
The eight danceforms of India are:

=> Kuchipudi from Andhrapradesh
=> Kathakali from Kerala
=> Kathak from Uttar Pradesh
=> Bharatanatyam from Tamil Nadu
=> Sattriya from Assam
=>Manipuri from Manipur
=> Odissi from Orissa
