In pre-filled products it is good practice to re-homogenize the material by stirring before use.
• To get required thixotropy, Add recommended quantity of aerosil in resin component by mixer and
then pass through triple roller mill.
• Transfer the processed Resin (Resin +Aerosil) to the mixing pot and add recommended quantity
of Diluent M, mix carefully at ambient temperature till mixture becomes homogenous.
• Then add proportionate quantity of Hardener and mix carefully at ambient temperature till mixture
becomes homogenous.
• Degas the entire mixture in the vacuum chamber for 15-20 min till system becomes clear(Bubble
free)
• Charge this final mixture in the dipping tray on the dipping machine.
• Start the dipping process under vacuum at recommended dipping & removing speed.
• Transfer these coated capacitors in the air circulating oven for curing.
• Follow the suggested curing schedule
