vol of cube=a^3

vol of CUBE 1 =vol of cube 2 ×no. of cubes

Dimensions of 1st cube = 2cm × 2cm × 2cm

Dimensions of 2nd cube = 6cm × 6cm × 6cm.

According to the question ,

To find the number of cubes divide the dimensions of 1st cube from the dimensions of 2nd cube ,

\implies\bold{\dfrac{6cm\times 6cm\times 6cm}{2cm\times 2cm\times 2cm} = 27.}

\therefore 27 cubes can be formed of side 2cm from a cube of side 6cm.
