Vol of cuboid= 2 x 18 x 16

Vol of 1 cube = 16 x 4

No of cubes = Vol of cuboid / vol of 1 cube = 9

Hi friend
--------------
Your answer
-------------------
NUMBER OF CUBES THAT CAN BE MADE FROM THE CUBOID =
 \frac{volume \: of \: cuboid}{volume \: of \: cube}
SO,
----

NUMBER CUBES THAT CAN BE MADE ARE =
 \frac{2 \times 18 \times 16}{4 \times 4 \times 4}  cubes \\  = 9cubes
THEREFORE 9 CUBES CAN BE MADE FROM THE CUBOID.

HOPE IT HELPS
