volume of the big wooden block = 32*64*240 cm cube[ volume of a cuboid = length * breadth * height ]

volume of wooden block = 491520 cm cube

volume of cubic blocks to be cut = 16*16*16 [ volume of cube = side * side *side ]

volume of cubic blocks = 4096

so, number of cubic blocks that can be cut = 491520 / 4096

= 120
