How many cylindrical can of diameter 5cm and height 8cm can be filled from a rectangular tin of oil which has a square base with side 40cm and height 55cm

oil in cuboid = l×b×h

= 40×40×55

=88000cm³

oil i cylinder can hold = πr²h

= 22/7×2.5×2.5×8

= 157.14cm³

number of cylinders = 88000/157.14

= 560
