How many cylindrical glasses of 3cm base radius and height 8cm can be refilled from a cylindrical vessel of base radius 15cm which is filled upto a height of 32 cm.

Volume of cylinder = \pi r^{2} h

So, volume of cylindrical glass=  \pi (3)^{2}\times 8

                                                  =  \pi 9\times 8

Radius of cylindrical vessel = 15 cm

Height of cylindrical vessel = 32 cm

So, volume of cylindrical vessel =  \pi (15)^{2}\times 32

                                                     =  \pi 225\times 32

                                                  =  7200 \pi

No. of cylindrical glasses can be refilled from cylindrical vessel :

=\frac{\text{Volume of cylindrical vessel}}{\text{Volume of cylindrical glass}}

=\frac{7200 \pi}{72 \pi}
