The amount of healing time for soft tissue can range from a week to a year, but I believe the standard is up to 6 months providing you do not continue to eat the cause.
Foods like gluten (wheat, barley, etc.) can cause so many health issues. Removing gluten, sugar, dairy, rice, oats, and other grains for a period of time is advisable. You may be able to reintroduce them at a latter date. Though gluten and sugar are still a root cause to inflammation.
I was told to include L-glutamine, L-glutathione, marshmallow root extract, three key supplements to aid in healing. The first two are important to good gut health.
Candida is another issue with eating high starch, gluten, sugar foods. So no fruit juices, plenty of green juice. Coconut water, milk, oil, and butter are a great way to help start battling it. Kefir has more lactobacilli than yogurt and is 99.9% lactose free.
Digestion may be sluggish, I found a complex digestive enzyme that has saved me the last week, so glad I invested in it. Nexazyme, you can find it at a good price on Amazon.
B12, Vitamin D3, Omega-3, collagen, and other supplements are also important to your healing.
My suggestion is to see a doctor, get tests to determine deficiencies. After a week of detoxing from gluten, sugar, etc, you will begin to notice a difference in how you feel, energy and mood shifts. This is a drastic lifestyle change, there are those who won’t make that shift. But due to the GMO grains and many foods, our digestive systems are not up to the challenge so we acquire disease and our bodies fail us because we fail them.
Create a recovery and relapse prevention plan. Enlist those who will support your change. Be aware there are those that convinced them selves this is a fad diet, not eating GMO foods, gluten, sugar, or soy. Trust me it is not a fad. Those people do not need to be involved. However, you can strengthen your education and theirs if you choose.
I wish you well on your journey, this is only a few suggestions I have incorporated into my life. What works for me, may not work for you. We are our own science experiment of sorts. I do my research, take time to read, learn, and experiment. If it works I stick to it, if not I move on.
Blessings. May you find all you require to heal.
hope it will help you dear
