I am listing the divisions.
the plateaus of the peninsular India:
the Marwar plateau
the central highland : madhya Bharat pathar
the bundelkhand plateau
the malwa plateau
the baghelkhand plateau
the chotanagpur plateau: includes Hazaribaugh plateau, ranchi plateau
meghalaya plateau
deccan plateau: includes Maharashtra plateau and karnataka plateau, telangana plateau
chattisgarh plateau
Hill ranges of peninsular plateau:
the aravali range
vindhyan range
satpura range
western ghats ( sahyadris: northern section + middle section + southern part)
eastern ghats
