=40/18              ------->(molar mass of water is 2+16=18)

=20/9

Number of molecules in one mole=20/9 *avagadro no.

=>[20/9 * 6.023 * 10^23]

And in each water molecule there are 10 electrons(2 from 2 'H' and 1 from 'O' )

therefore the total number of electrons is [20/9 * 6.023 * 10^23 * 10]

so that will be the answer
