n=3 and l=0 indicates 3s subshell


Any atom can have only 2 electrons in the 3s subshell as the maximum electron capacity of 's' subshell is 2

for this there are only two electron are present because l=0is only for s orbital . you acan also calculate orbital by2l+1 if you put l=0 you get 1 which means only one orbital is present and according to Pauli principal the one orbital contain only two electron
