charge on one electron is ⬇

e =  - 1.6 \times {10}^{ - 19}

and given charge is ⬇

q =  - 1.6 \times 10 \times  {10}^{ - 19}

electron present is ⬇

n =  \frac{q}{e}

so your answer is ⬇

n =  \frac{ - 16 \times 10 \times  {10}^{ - 19} }{ - 1.6 \times  {10}^{ - 19} }

so we get n_{number of electron}=10
