we know that

= Q=ne

=40×10^-19=n×1.6×10^-19

=n=40×10^-19/1.6×10^-19

=n=40/1.6

=n=40×10/16

=n=400/16

=n=25

hence, no. of electron in 40×10×^-19 coloumb of charge will be 25 electron
