How many electrons in an atom with atomic number 105 can have (n+1)=8?

it is dubnium

the outhermost shell is 5f^14,6d^3,7s^2

in case of 5f

n+l=5+3=8

for 6d

6+2=8

7s

7+0=7

so n+l =8 is possible but not outermost shell
