I = 220 mA = q/t

T = 1 minute = 60 secs

Hence, q = I*T = 220*10^-3*60 = 13.2C

1.6*10^-19C is the charge of 1 electron

Therefore 13.2C is the charge of (13.2/1.6*10^-19) electrons = 8.25*10^19 electrons
