I= 220 mA =0.22 A

I = Q/T

0.22 = Q/60

Q= 0.22 x 60 = 13.2 C

Q= ne

Where n= number of electrons

E= charge on electrons = 1.6 x 10-19

13.2 C = n x 1.6 x 10-19

n = 13.2/1.6 x 10-19

n = 8.25 x 1019

nitu45: thank you so much for trying but you have mistaken 200mA as 220mA
madhu139: sorry

Given,

Current= 200mA

The formula for current,

current=\frac{charge}{time}

I=\frac{Q}{T}

Q= ne

where the value of e is,

e=1.6* 10^{-19}

putting value in the formula of current,

200*10^{-3} = \frac{n* (1.6*10^{-19)} }{60}

n= \frac{200* 10^{-3}* 60 }{1.6 *10^{-19} }

simplifying and solving

n= 75* 10^{18}
