4
 {3x}^{2} + 4 \sqrt{3} x + 4 = 0
 {3x}^{2} + 2 \sqrt{3} x + 2 \sqrt{3} x + 4 = 0
 \sqrt{3} x( \sqrt{3} x + 2) + 2( \sqrt{3} x + 2) = 0
 {( \sqrt{3} x + 2)}^{2} = 0
 \sqrt{3} x + 2 = 0
 \sqrt{3} x = - 2
x = \frac{ - 2}{ \sqrt{3} }
so that counts as one single root.

shadow1924: ms..try it for yourselves
msbhanusepb1bl6: so aa u say 2 equal and final roots
jaf1: OK enough
msbhanusepb1bl6: i solve
shadow1924: ms...report me...the moderator will delete it if he finds it wrong;-)
jaf1: no need
