1) Right to equality- it is the right which States that every person is equal before the law. whether it is a prime minister or it is a local of the country.

2) Right to freedom of religion- it is the right which states that every person is free to practice any of the religion of their choice.

3) cultural and educational rights- it is the right which states that any person belonging from any of the religion has the right to set up their own educational institution to encourage their tradition.

4) Right against exploitation- it is the right which states that any children below 14 years can't be forced to work. it prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and human trafficking.

5) Right to freedom- this right states that any person can recide in any part of the country. all the persons have right to freedom of expression, speech. it also states that any person can perform any kind of occupation, profession etc.

6) Right to constitutional remedies- this right states that if any of the fundamental right of a person is violated by the state then they can, move to the court.
