Sodium nitrate reacts with sulphuric acid to produce nitric acid.

   2 Na NO3  + H2 SO4 ==> 2 H NO3 + Na2 SO4

this reaction takes place at high temperatures above 80 deg C, and we use very strong acid of H2 SO4.  Then fumes of Nitric acid are produced. then they condense in to white colored nitric acid.

   molecular weight of  H NO3 : 63
   Molecular weight of H2 SO4 : 98

  So  2 moles of nitric acid is produced when 1 mole of sulphuric acid is used.
   98 gm  produces  127 gm of nitric acid.
   needed sulphuric acid is =  200/127 * 98 gm
