Mol.no of Cl2 equal 2x 35.5gmol-1
So grams of Cl2=0.4x(molar mass of Cl2)
amount of HCl:
Mol ratio H2:HCl equal 1:2
So amount of HCL=H2x2(in mole)!
Then mass of hcl=molar mass of hcl x mol no. mentioned above
U can find the molar mass of those gases according to periodic table
