250 mL of 2.0 M HNO₃ will contain HNO₃

 = 2 × 1000 × 250 = 0.5 mol

       = 0.5 × 63 g = 31.5 g

As concentrated HNO₃ is 70%, therefore concentrated HNO₃ required

     = 100 / 70 × 31.5 g

FINAL RESULT = 45 g

Hope it helps you !!
