The reaction is as follows:
N2 + 3H2--------->2NH3
R.M.M of NH3 is 14+3X1=>17 g mol-1
Hence, 1 mol of NH3 has mass of 17g.
Hence, 490 g of NH3 is 490/17=> 28.82 mol
Hence 2 parts of NH3 is 28.82 mol
1 part of NH3=28.82/2=> 14.41 mol
Hence 3 X 14.41 mol of Hydrogen gas is required, =>43.23 mol
As molar mass of H2=2 g mol-1.
Hence, the mass of Dihydrogen required will be 2 X 43.23=> 86.46 g of Dihydrogen.
