How many grams of glucose will be required to make a 100ml of 0.1M glucose solution? (Molecular weight of glucose = 180g)

              = (given mass/ GMM ) / volume of the solution

here we want to find the given mass

so ,

given mass = molarity × volume of solution × GMM

                   = 0.1 × 100× 10^-3 × 180

                   = 1.8 g

so the required  amount of glucose = 1.8 g
