Here is your answer!
==========================================================
Mass of 1 atom of Ne = 20/6.022*10²³ g
Now,
Number of particles in 4 g of Ca,
= 4/40*6.022*10²³
= 6.022*10²² atoms
Therefore, number of atoms of Ne same as 4 g of Ca
= 20*6.022*10²²/6.022*10²³
=20/10
=2g

Atomic mass of calcium= 40
Atomic mass of neon is = 20
No of atoms of calcium in 4g sample
Is 6.023 ×10²³ × 4/40 => 6.023×10²²
now no. Of atoms of neon is also same this no of moles of neon is
6.022×10²² atoms will be
n = 6.022×10²²/6.022×10²³
= 0.1 mole
Thus mass of neon will be
M = 0.1×20 => 2 gram .
