• When Blenkinsopp came late to class, the sir asks him why he was late and he replied that his grandmother had died. His teacher points out that this is the fourth time he used that excuse, and that too on all the days he had P.E and he says he has 4 grandmas.
• When his sir pointed out he missed the maths test, he says he had to visit the dentist and when they were lined up for P.E he says he couldn't attend as he left his kit at home because he didn't iron it and when the sir questioned why he didn't iron he says his hand is bad and that his grandmother usually used to iron but can't anymore as she passed away.
