How many H2O molecules will be produced from 30 g of ethane C2H6 on conplete combustion in excess of O2 ?​

From this equation it is clear that 2 molecules of CO2 produces 6 molecules of H2O.

= 0.681 moles

30 grams of CO2 will produce = 0.681 × 3

= 2.043 moles of H2O

2.043 moles = Mas/18

Mass = 2.043 × 18

Mass = 36.774 grams of H2O

So 30 grams of CO2 will produce 36.774 grams of H2O.
