Haploid cells present in a mature female gametophyte of a flowering plant are -

1. ANTIPODAL CELLS - these are "3" in number and located at the chemical end.

2. SYNERGIDS - These are "2" in number and located at the microphone end of the female gametophye.

3. EGG CELL - it is "1" in number and fuses with the male nuclei to form a zygote.

4. POLAR NUCLEI - these are "2" in number and jointed together to form a central cell, later they form the secondary nucleus.

So, in total there are "8" HAPLOID CELLS present in a Mature Female gametophye of a flowering plant.
