my friend firstly all the parties make the candidate list and hand it over to the election commission of India and after the final list of of the candidate is announced and announcement of date of the pooling and so the time between these two incidents is used by the political parties for election campaign and after the announcement of the date of the polling all the election campaigns are stopped.
