That will mostly depend on how many hours of free time you have daily. I will usually recommend 2–3 hours gaming a day. During the weekend maybe more because it's weekend! Back in the days, we can do a lot in gaming just an hour but now depending on what type of game you're playing, an hour is usually not enough.
