Hello !

All the human beings have milk teeth.
The teeth start coming out of the gums when the human baby is around 4 to 6 months old (it varies from person to person).
Those teeth are soft and are known as temporary teeth. That is why those teeth are called milk teeth.
The milk teeth are 20 in number.
When the child grows to 8 years of age, the milk teeth start shedding and coming out of the mouth (the age varies from person to person).
The teeth that grow after the shedding of the milk teeth are known as permanent teeth. Those teeth require a lot of calcium. They are permanent. It means that if they shed, there will be no teeth growth at that place anymore.
So, we need to take care of our permanent teeth.
