Heya,
We can find the no. of images formed by adjacent wall by formula;
360°/theta - 1
"theta" is angle between two mirrors.
So,
360°/90° - 1
=> 4 - 1
=> 3
So, image formed by adjacent wall is 3.
Two mirror on adjacent walls will give 3 images and one mirror in the celling will give one more image of the object and the 3 images formed earlier. Thus the total no. of images will be 7.
